First you should use over-ripe banana for banana bread , and the
yellow peels should be half browned, and the bananas inside browning and squishy.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of flour for all purpose
-3 very ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup of sugar ( you can reduce
the quantity if you like it less sweet)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
-1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
1- Preheat the oven to (180°C),
2- butter the loaf pan "10x20 cm ".
3- mash the ripe bananas with a
fork until very smooth in a deep bow
4- Stir the liquid butter into the
mashed bananas.
5- Stir in the sugar, beaten egg,mix
in the baking soda and saltand vanilla,
6-mix Previous Ingredients in the
flour.
7- Pour the batter into loaf pan.
8- Bake it for 1 hour at (180°C)
9- take it out from oven and cool
completely .
