Ingredients
1-1/2 cups canola oil
4 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 can solid-pack pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1- Preheat your oven to 350-400 , and place paper liners in a muffin pan.
2- Beat the pumpkin, eggs, sugar and oil until smooth In a large bow.
3- Mix the pumpkin pie spice, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
4- Now you must add flour mixture lingeringly to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.
5- Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths to almost all the way full.
6- Bake the dough for 17 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
